We have various delivery options available. Our terms for delivery is noted below.

Standard Mainland UK Delivery
Normal delivery takes 3-5 working days. We try and keep our standard delivery rate as low as possible, therefore we stagger the price, and is available free on orders over £30.
We use a variety of services for this delivery option, inlcuding but not limited to Royal Mail, Parcel Force, DPD, UPS, Collect+.
Our current offer is FREE standard delivery for all UK overs.

Priority Mainland UK Delivery
Delivery takes 1-2 working days. Orders placed before 1pm Monday-Thursday will be sent the same day. Otherwise they will be sent the next working day.
Delivery to non-mainland UK
Some areas of the UK (for example remote or rural areas) may take longer to arrive.
If you are ordering from non-mainland UK, please select the correct delivery option in the checkout. Failure to do so may result in your order being cancelled.
Working Days & Bank Holidays
Working days are Monday to Friday, but exclude bank holidays
Bank Holidays are not normal working days and therefore dispatch on bank holidays, and are not available for delivery and should not be included in processing times.
We think it is very important to look after the environment, therefore we try to minimise packaging.
Some items may be (securely) sent out in their display box, or packaging may be reused from our deliveries. This helps cut down delivery costs for you, but also greatly reduces the amount of waste produced.
We appreciate that sometime you order the wrong item, or the item you order turns out not to be quite what you needed, so we make returns easy.

You have 30 days to return an order/item to us.
The 30 days starts from the day the item was delivered to you. You must notify us and return the item to us within the 30 days.
You can return items to us via courier. We recommend you use a tracked service, as you are responsible for getting the item(s) back to us.
We also recommend you package the item well, and it is your responsibility to get the item back to us without being damaged.
Any items being return must be returned in re-sellable condition.
We recommend that you use a trackable service and obtain proof of postage as we cannot be held responsible for products until we have received them.
For unwanted items, you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods.
We can only refund you via the same method/card that you used to make the original payment.
If you are returning a full order, we will refund you for the cost of the goods. We will also refund the cost of the original delivery to you, providing you selected the lowest possible delivery option at the time of order. If not, we will refund you up to the amount of the lowest delivery available for your order when you placed it.
When returning just part of an order, the original postage will not be refunded.
If you receive an item that was faulty or not as described, we will pay the cost of you returning the item, where the cost is reasonable, by a method that we approve. It is still your responsibility to get the item back to us, so please keep hold of you tracking number.

An item is only "not as described" when the information that is in the description is/was wrong at the time of purchase. An item is not "not as described" due to lack of information in the description. If you are unsure about the description of an item, please contact us before ordering and we will be very happy to help you out.
